Ammunition Types

Each weapon uses a specific type of ammo, divided into two main categories: Regular Ammunition and Custom Ammunition. Weapons using the same type of ammunition share their extra ammo pools, allowing you to use any extra ammunition for either of the weapons you carry.

Regular Ammunition

There are five ammunition types: short, medium, long, shotgun shells, and special. The ammunition type determines the Effective Range of each weapon.

Special ammunition is used in a small number of weapons. It is harder to come by and replenish during a Mission.

Custom Ammunition

For each weapon and ammunition type, there are multiple Custom variants that have specific use cases and/or Status Effects. Like Special ammunition, Custom ammunition is harder to come by and replenish during a Mission.
